Massage From Chairman
MY GRANDFATHER LATE SRI MEGHRAJ SINGHI was a man with honest character and a nationalist. He permanently shifted to ASSAM (BILASIPARA) from RAJASTHAN (CHURU) before pre-independence during 1930. He had three daughters and four sons. My father LATE AMAR CHAND SINGHI was his eldest son. During my fathers life time he devoted most of his time in upgrading the overall environment of the localities and services to mostly poor and uneducated masses. His services to the localities and the nation is still green in memories of all. He served the nation by upgrading many dilapidated roads & constructing many wooden bridges in the difficult terrains and across ferocious streams with the materials & technology available at that time in Assam for welcoming ‘Azad Hind Fauj’ led by ‘Late Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose’ on their way from Myanmar to India. Some of these bridges lasted for many decades till the time of Chinese aggregation in 1962, which were latter replaced with RCC Bridges during construction National Highway. He always used to help the needy and downtrodden imbibed with humility and always considered every sections of the society as equals. This hospital is a way to honor his legacy and to take these qualities forward. I, myself have followed his footprints & carried his legacy forward with my services to mention a few like quality construction of roads, highways and bridges across India but mainly in Northeast India.
